Description
A favorite of ours and standout in our gardens, Limeglow is one of a few low growing Junipers that displays bright yellow foliage throughout the growing season. In the cooler months of winter the soft-textured foliage turns to a vibrant orange color. Excellent as an accent, border, groundcover on slopes, embankments and hillsides.
Landscape & Garden Uses
Growing 18 to 24 inches tall and 4 to 6 feet wide, the Limeglow Juniper is ideal for use in groupings or mass plantings in landscape borders or home foundation plantings. Also nice as a border along paths and walkways or as an underplanting beneath small trees such as upright Japanese Maples or Crape Myrtles. A fine addition to conifer gardens, rock gardens, yellow color theme gardens and the Xeriscape (low water needs).Â

Limeglow Juniper is exceptionally easy to grow in most any moist but well-drained soil of average to low fertility and full to mostly sun. When established, it is very drought tolerant. maintenance is minimal requiring no pruning.Â
