Description
If you love the Bradford Pear tree but don’t like the stinky flowers or that it falls apart with age and spreads by seed, you might really like the Snow Goose Flowering Cherry, a magnificent flowering tree that provides a similar look but with none of those problems. Heralding the arrival of spring in late winter to early spring, a plethora of light pink buds open to single-petaled pure-white flowers that nearly cover every stem on the oval-shaped canopy, appearing like snow. Its handsome, double-serrated, rich green leaves turn orange-red in fall for yet another color show. At 20 to 25 feet tall and about 20 feet wide at maturity, the Snow Goose Flowering Cherry is a stately and colorful tree that will always have you looking forward to its glorious spring bloom. USDA Plant Hardiness Zones: 5a-8b  Find Your Zone
