It is a perfect choice for growing under large trees, decks, and around patios, porches, and other outdoor sitting or living spaces, where its abundant clusters of dainty, fragrant white flowers and thick and glossy lanceolate leaves provide a fine texture in the landscape in late winter and early spring. The bicolor white flowers, with a fragrance reminiscent of jasmine, are tipped in hot pink and followed by attractive, black, lustrous berries. Reaching maybe 30 inches tall and spreading gradually to form a mound 3 feet wide or more, Sweet & Lo is very easy to grow and excellent for use as a specimen, grouping, or low hedge, and the deer and rabbits won’t touch it!
